Tzatziki is a Greek sauce made with yogurt, cucumbers, garlic and lemon juice.  Tzatziki sauce is commonly served as an appetizer or a sauce for meat.   Tzatziki is also great as a vegetable dip!

Dipping vegetables in tzatziki makes those veggies taste really good.  If you want to eat more vegetables, serve them with a tzatziki dip, and they’ll disappear really fast!  You can dip any kind of vegetables into tzatziki cucumber yogurt dip.  My favorite vegetables to dip in tzatziki are carrots, cucumber sticks, cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, bell pepper strips, radishes, tomato slices and celery sticks.  Dip the vegetable in the tzatziki, then put it in your mouth – it tastes really good!

Another great thing about using tzatziki as a dip is that it’s pretty healthy.  Tzatziki has much fewer calories and fat as traditional vegetable dips.

You can easily make tzatziki sauce dip at home, or there is an excellent store-bought Hannah tzatziki dip.  I usually buy a jar of Hannah tzatziki dip at Costco and dip away!
