How To Make Instant Pot Braised Pork Belly

Cut the pork belly into pieces and add to the instant pot.

Pour in soy sauce and water. Then add brown sugar and garlic cloves.

Close up instant pot and seal up the valve.

Press “Pressure Cook” button and choose “High Pressure”. Set the timer for 30 minutes.

Once cooking time is up, quick release the steam. Be sure pin has dropped before attempting to open the instant pot.

Remove pork belly from instant pot and enjoy!
