These chicken drumsticks are so finger-licking-good!  Coated in the sweet & spicy sauce of apricot, jalapeno and garlic and then baked in the oven – amazing!  You can use any kind of chicken meat, not just drumsticks – this recipe is awesome with chicken breasts, thighs or wings too!

Garlic Apricot Chicken Drumsticks

  • ½ cup apricot jam
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 4 gloves garlic
  • 12 chicken drumsticks

Baked Lemon Dill Salmon

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ bunch fresh dill, chopped
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Pasta With Ricotta & Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 bunch (1/2 cup) fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Green Salad With Turkey & Blackberries

  • 1 package (8 oz) salad greens
  • 1 package (8 oz) deli turkey slices
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 can (14 oz each) tomato sauce

Best Ever Brownies

  • 1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
  • ⅔ cups of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
