Grilled Honey-Lemon Chicken Kabobs

  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Tuna Avocado Wraps

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) chunk light tuna in water
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ lemon
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 4 flour tortillas (regular, whole-wheat or low-carb)

Pasta With Alfredo Sauce

  • ¼ cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated or shredded, not powdered)
  • 1 lb pasta

Chicken Teriyaki

  • 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast or chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup mirin
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch

Baked Crispy Breaded Fish

  • 1 lb fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs

Homemade Blueberry Syrup

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
