- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
Green Salad With Smoked Salmon And Parmesan
- 1 package (4 oz)Â smoked salmon
- 1 package (12 oz)Â of lettuce
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Mexican Cheese Enchiladas
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
