Chocolate Cheese Fudge

I got this Chocolate Cheese Fudge in a store called Carr Valley Cheese in Wisconsin Dells, WI.

Carr Valley Cheese is a store full of cheese!  It has lots of different kinds of cheese, and what I got is a very unique cheese – a Chocolate Cheese Fudge.

Chocolate Cheese Fudge is a hybrid of fudge and cheese.  Chocolate fudge and cheese combined together make the chocolate cheese fudge!  The label on the package lists the following ingredients: sugar, walnuts, American cheese, salt, butter, milk solids, cocoa, corn syrup, water, natural flavor, corn starch, annatto.

What does the chocolate cheese fudge taste like?  It tastes more like fudge than cheese.  To be exact, it smells like cheese, and tastes like fudge.  Maybe there are different kinds of chocolate cheese fudge that are more “cheesy”, but this one what definitely more “fudgy” :)  And it was delicious!

This chocolate cheese fudge tasted very rich, very sweet, very chocolatey and very chewy.  It was extremely addictive, I had to force myself to stop eating, so I don’t eat the whole huge chunk at once!

I don’t even want to think about how many calories are in chocolate cheese fudge… all I know that if you are in Wisconsin, you gotta buy some cheese!  So I had a good excuse for devouring the chocolate cheese fudge.
