Air Fryer Frozen White Castle Sliders

Yum! These air fried White Castle sliders are the next best thing to having fresh sliders from the restaurant! Can you imaging biting into this hot and juicy White Castle burger?

Your family will love having these easy sliders for a snack after school with friends or a quick dinner when you’re out of everything else. These are also perfect to keep in the freezer so you have them on hand when the mood strikes for White Castle and you don’t live near one!

The air fryer will cook them so they are just right inside, not to dry and not too moist, while the outside is crispy and brown!

You can cook as many as will fit in your air fryer in a single layer. If you wish to make more of them, do so in separate batches so they don’t overlap.

Don’t have an air fryer? No worries! You can also cook frozen White Castle sliders in the Instant Pot.

Set up your air fryer first and take the sliders out of the packaging. I just cooked two but you can cook more if you like and they fit in a single layer in your air fryer. The cooking time would be the same.

Place the sliders with the top of the bun up side down in the air fryer.

Then you will close the air fryer and set the temperature to 390F and the time to 10 minutes.

Halfway though the cooking time, you will take out the basket and flip the White Castle sliders over so they are right side up.

Return the basket to the air fryer and let the sliders finish cooking.

When the time is done and sliders are cooked, you will take them out and transfer to a serving plate. You can use a spatula here if you like.

Serve warm and enjoy!

If serving to young children, you may want to cut the sliders in half first and let cool slightly!
