Cinnamon Apple Bread Recipe
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 apples peeled and finely diced
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray a non-stick 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put brown sugar, cinnamon and butter in a large bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Add the eggs, vanilla and milk, and mix until smooth.
- Add flour and baking powder, and mix until smooth.
- Add the apple pieces and incorporate them into the batter with a spoon.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
- Put the cinnamon apple bread in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
