Weight Watchers Smart Ones Egg, Sausage And Cheese Morning Wraps is a great convenient healthy breakfast option.  These wraps are frozen, so all you need to do is to microwave it for a minute and you’ll get an instant hot breakfast wrap that doesn’t make you fat!

I buy these Weight Watchers Smart Ones wraps at Costco.  The Costco package has 18 wraps (9 servings).  I’ve also seen these egg, sausage and cheese wraps in other grocery stores.

Egg, sausage and cheese doesn’t sound too healthy, but these Weight Watchers wraps only have 240 calories and 8 grams of fat per serving!  A serving size is 2 wraps, and the wraps are pretty small, but two is enough for most people for breakfast.

These Weight Watchers breakfast wraps consist of scrambled egg white and seasoned cheesy sauce with breakfast sausage, peppers and cheddar cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla.  The breakfast wraps are packaged in individual plastic bags with two wraps in a bag.  To microwave the wraps, take those two wraps out of the plastic bag, put the wraps on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 1 minute and 25 seconds.  The breakfast wraps will be hot, yummy and ready to eat!

Here’s the nutritional information for Weight Watchers Smart Ones Egg, Sausage And Cheese Morning Wraps: serving size 2 wraps, 240 calories, 8 grams of fat, 2.5 g saturated fat, zero trans fat, 30 mg cholesterol, 560 mg sodium, 32 g total carbohydrate, 7 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, 11 grams of protein, 8% calcium, 6% iron.  So as you can see, these breakfast wraps are not only low calorie (especially for something made with sausage, egg and cheese), but they also a a great source of fiber, protein, calcium and iron!
