Chachies Mango Peach Salsa From Costco

I like to make my own mango salsa from scratch, but this time for a change I decided to get a jar of prepared Chachies Mango Peach Salsa at Costco. This mango peach salsa from Costco turned out to be a very good find! It tastes very fresh, as if it was made from scratch – no “packaged” aftertaste at all. This salsa is mild with just a hint of spice, and it’s pretty sweet overall from the mangoes and peaches.
Here are the ingredients of this excellent mango peach salsa: tomatoes, mango, assorted peppers and chilies, onion, sugar, peaches, tomato puree, cilantro, red wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice, spices. As you can imagine, these great ingredients make a super tasty salsa! The flavor of this mango peach salsa is very complex, I would describe it as a hybrid of the mango salsa and bell peppers and onions appetizer.
I’ve had this mango peach salsa as a topping for black bean veggie burgers, and also as a side for beef enchiladas. This salsa is very addictive, and you just want to keep eating more and more!
Here’s the picture of the jar of the Chachies Mango Peach Salsa. Yes, the jar is empty! By the time I remembered to take a picture, there was no salsa left in the jar :) The picture of the salsa itself is on top of this article, in a bowl.
Everything in Costco is big, and this jar of Mango Peach Salsa is no exception – it’s a whopping 3 lbs of salsa! But this salsa is so yummy and gets eaten so quickly, so don’t hesitate – buy the mango peach salsa and you’ll eat it all up :)
