Start by preheating your oven and lining a baking sheet with parchment. Cut your acorn squash in half carefully and scoop out all of the seeds from inside. Next, cut the acorn squash into one-inch wedges before tossing the wedges in olive oil and cinnamon. Put the acorn squash wedges on the baking sheet, making sure to spread them into a single layer. Bake in the oven for thirty minutes until the squash wedges are tender and you have a delicious, cinnamon-infused batch of fries!

Roasted Acorn Squash Fries
- 1 acorn squash
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Cut acorn squash into 1-inch wedges.
- Toss the acorn squash wedges in olive oil and cinnamon.
- Put the acorn squash wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the acorn squash fries are tender.
