Optimum Power Blueberry Cinnamon Flax cereal is a very tasty and healthy cereal.  It is made by the Nature’s Path brand, and it’s all organic.  Blueberry Cinnamon Flax cereal is an excellent source of ALA Omega-3, and has 9 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein per serving!

Because this Blueberry Cinnamon Flax cereal is high in protein, it really makes you full.  This cereal is an excellent breakfast option for those people who are watching their weight!  Not only it is healthy, but it’s really tasty too!

Here’s the nutritional information for Nature’s Path Optimum Power Blueberry Cinnamon Flax cereal: serving size 3/4 cup, 200 calories, 3 g fat, zero saturated fat, zero trans fat, zero cholesterol, 230 mg sodium, 38 g total carbohydrate, 9 g fiber, 9 g sugar, 9 g protein, 2% vitamin C, 2% calcium, 15% iron.  This cereal has 15 grams of whole grain per serving and it contains flax seeds which are is a great source of ALA Omega-3 – it contains 0.5 g of ALA Omega-3 per serving, which is 31% of the recommended daily value.
