Here is a pro-tip; make this Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Bites Appetizer ahead! You can store it in the refrigerator, then reheat in the microwave before serving. Preparing ahead of time makes for a stress-free gathering that is still delicious! This recipe serves eight, but it guaranteed to be such a hit that you better prepare for a double (or triple!) batch.

Another tip: if you are having trouble getting them out of the muffin cups, run a butter knife around the sides of each cup to release the puff pastry.  Or another thing you can do is line the mini muffin tin with paper baking cups :)

If I’m really pressed for time I just used the pre baked puff pastry tart shells found right next to the puff party. Big time saver, look really pretty, and if I buy 2 boxes I get 30 with this amount of cheese. They’re a little smaller, but that’s ok, since I’m always serving 3 or 4 other appetizers as well.
