How To Make No-Bake Coconut Balls

Making these healthy coconut balls is really easy.  This is a no-bake recipe, meaning all the ingredients stay raw and you don’t have to cook or bake anything!

Raw Vegan Paleo Coconut Energy Balls

To make coconut balls, put coconut flakes, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla in a blender or food processor (the exact quantities are listed in the recipe card on the bottom of this article).  Process until smooth, then roll the mixture with your hands into balls.

Put some coconut flakes on a plate, then dip the coconut balls in coconut flakes.  Put dipped coconut balls on a parchment-paper-lined plate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then serve.  Enjoy the coconut deliciousness!

Healthy No-Bake Coconut Balls

These easy no-bake coconut balls are so healthy and delicious! They are gluten-free, refined sugar free, raw, vegan and taste amazing! This recipe is a must-make for coconut lovers!

  • Put 2 cups of coconut flakes, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Put the remaining 1/4 cup of coconut flakes on a plate.
  • Line another large plate with parchment paper.
  • Roll the coconut mixture into 1-inch balls, then dip the coconut balls in coconut flakes. Put the coconut balls on parchment-paper-lined plate.
  • Put the plate with coconut balls in a refrigerator and chill for at least one hour.
