Ingredients

  • 2 whole branzino fish (Mediterranean sea bass), cleaned
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle branzino fish with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, including inside the fish cavity.
  • Put branzino fish on the baking sheet.
  • Slice 1 lemon and put these lemon slices inside the fish cavity.
  • Slice another lemon and put these lemon slices on top of the fish.
  • Put branzino fish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
