Cottage cheese with mango and walnuts makes a very tasty and healthy breakfast.  In fact, cottage cheese with fruit and nuts is filling enough for a light lunch!  Chopped mango is mixed with the cottage cheese and chopped walnuts – the mango adds sweeteness and fruity flavor, and the walnuts add crunch.

Cottage Cheese Recipe With Mango And Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese, mango and walnuts in a bowl. Enjoy!
