Kellogg’s Special K Chocolate Pretzel bar tastes just as good as it sounds.  This 90 calorie bar has a layer of chocolate on the bottom, and the bar consists of pretzel pieces and cereal.  As an added nutritional bonus, this yummy bar has 3 grams of fiber!

Here’s the nutritional information for Kellog’s Special K Chocolate Pretzel bar – each bar has 90 calories, 2 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, zero trans fat, zero cholesterol, 120 mg sodium, 17 g total carbohydrate, 3 grams of fiber, 6 grams of sugar and 1 grams of protein.  It also has 6% thiamin, `0% niacin, 2% iron, 6% riboflavin and 10% vitamin B6.

Costco sells these Chocolate Pretzel bars in a box of 35 bars.  It’s a great healthy snack to have on hand!
