Cheese quesadillas are made by putting shredded cheese inside a flour tortilla, folding the tortilla in half and cooking it in a frying pan for a minute on each side until cheese is melted. To pack cheese quesadilla in a lunchbox, just put it inside the plastic ziploc bag. Cheese quesadillas are very convenient – they don’t fall apart and don’t get soggy!
