This Instant Pot gluten-free apple crisp is amazing! So easy to make, healthy and delicious! No flour needed and no refined sugar - this Instant Pot apple crisp is naturally sweetened with maple syrup!
Add water and apples to the Instant Pot. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of cinnamon on top of apples.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, oats, maple syrup and remaining 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Drop the oats mixture by the spoonful on top of apples.
Close the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 5 minutes on High pressure. When it's done cooking, let the pressure release naturally (NR) for 10 minutes, then quick release (QR) the remaining steam.

It goes great with ice cream! You can also make it with quick oats, simply reduce the pressure cooking time to 4 minutes. If you'd like to crisp up the topping, put the apple crisp in an oven-safe dish and put under the broiler for a few minutes.See also: Instant Pot Baked Apples and Instant Pot Applesauce. Please browse all my Instant Pot recipes - you will surely find new favorites :)
