This Instant Pot gluten-free apple crisp is amazing! So easy to make, healthy and delicious! No flour needed and no refined sugar - this Instant Pot apple crisp is naturally sweetened with maple syrup!
Add water and apples to the Instant Pot. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of cinnamon on top of apples.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, oats, maple syrup and remaining 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Drop the oats mixture by the spoonful on top of apples.
Close the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 5 minutes on High pressure. When it's done cooking, let the pressure release naturally (NR) for 10 minutes, then quick release (QR) the remaining steam.

Serve the apple crisp warm.
