Ingredients
- 1 lb bow-tie pasta
- 1 lb Polish sausage packaged, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 2 zucchinis peeled and chopped
- 8 oz tomato sauce 1 can
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the bow-tie pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and chopped zucchini to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sliced Polish sausage to the pan. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a large pot, mix the cooked pasta with the sausage mixture until evenly coated.
