Golden hashbrowns are topped with melty mozzarella, zesty pizza sauce, and crispy pepperoni, then finished with a drizzle of sweet and spicy hot honey. This quick and simple recipe delivers all the flavors of pizza in a crispy, handheld bite.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired. Arrange the frozen hashbrowns in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes to crisp them up.
Remove from the oven and spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each hashbrown.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the tops, then add 2–4 slices of pepperoni to each one.
Sprinkle dried oregano over everything.
Return to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
