- Electric hand mixer or spoon, to soften and blend cream cheese
- Baking dish 9x13-inch, or similar size
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese 2 packages, softened
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 oz crabmeat 2 cans, drained
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice fresh if possible
- 2 tsp hot sauce or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in shredded Cheddar cheese, crabmeat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir everything together until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish or any shallow oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle paprika evenly on top for color and flavor.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.

Notes
- If using fresh crabmeat, make sure to check for any remaining shell pieces before mixing.
