Ingredients
- 4 cups white sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk 12 fluid ounce
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 jar marshmallow cream 7 ounce
- 1 jar peanut butter 16 ounce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white sugar, evaporated milk, brown sugar, and butter.
- Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Once boiling, continue to boil for 7 minutes while stirring.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the marshmallow cream until fully melted and well incorporated.
- Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Spread the fudge e venly into the prepared baking dish.
- Let cool for 30 minutes, then cut into 24 squares.

- Stirring constantly while bringing the mixture to a boil helps the fudge set properly.
