This creamy, cheesy Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer! It’s spicy, savory, and loaded with tender shredded chicken, tangy blue cheese, and melty pepper jack. Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the chicken, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, seafood seasoning, and one pinch of cayenne pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch round baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of shredded pepper jack cheese.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until hot and lightly browned on top.
Remove from oven, sprinkle on the remaining pinch of cayenne pepper and green onions if using.
