These french toast triangles are amazing! Just cut bread in half diagonally into triangles, dip in milk and egg and cook on frying pan to make delicious french toast! This is a perfect easy breakfast!
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Dip a slice of bread in the milk mixture, then turn it, dip the other side and put on a frying pan. Repeat with the remaining slices (that fit in a frying pan).
Cook for 3 minutes, then flip the bread and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove cooked french toast triangles to the plate.
Repeat the previous 3 steps with remaining bread, until all batches of french toast are cooked.
Sprinkle french toast trianges with powdered sugar and cinnamon and serve.
