Pizza Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 3 pieces home-style biscuit dough cut in half to make 6 pieces
- 6 tsp shredded Italian cheese 1 tsp per cup
- 3 tsp marinara sauce
- 3 mozzarella cheese thick slices
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic and parsley mixture
- 2 tbsp mini pepperoni
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 6-cup muffin tin with butter.
- Cut biscuit dough into 6 pieces and place 1 teaspoon shredded Italian cheese into each muffin cup.
- Press biscuit dough into each cup, shaping it to form a base.
- Add ½ teaspoon marinara sauce and a thick slice of mozzarella cheese to each.
- Top with a second layer of biscuit dough, then add another ½ teaspoon marinara.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni evenly over each cup.
- Melt butter with garlic and parsley, then pour or brush over the tops.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden, then sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
Notes
- Do not overfill the muffin cups to avoid spilling while baking.
- Let cool slightly before removing so the cupcakes hold their shape.
