These Oreo Cheesecake Cookies are so simple to make and taste just as good as they sound. Your whole family will love these yummy, gooey Oreo and cheesecake-flavored cookies.
Add a stick of butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
Drop 10 Oreos and a cup of flour into the food processor. Process until combined, scraping ingredients down off of the sides as needed.
Drop cookie dough onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. As needed, use fingers to shape dough into circles. This recipe makes about 12 cookies.
Bake for 12 minutes. Cookies may look underbaked in the center, but they will solidify as they cool. Set out to cool for 30 minutes.

If you do not have a food processor, you can mix the ingredients up in a bowl. For the Oreos, crush them in a sealed baggie by rolling a rolling pin over them. Then pour the cookie crumbs into a mixing bowl
Cut the butter into a few smaller pieces to make it easier for the food processor to blend it up
This recipe calls for 4 oz of cream cheese, which is 1/2 of a block
