Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
6 pork chops trimmed

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
Place the pork chops in a baking dish in a single layer.
Pour half of the marinade evenly over the pork chops.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and flip the pork chops using tongs.
Pour the remaining marinade over the chops and return them to the oven.
Bake for another 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through, then remove from the oven and let rest briefly before serving.
