mangoes
peeled and cut into matchsticks

jicama
peeled and cut into matchsticks

small head of cabbage
shredded
1/2
bunch cilantro
chopped

limes
squeezed

of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Put mango, jicama, cabbage and cilantro in a large bowl.
In a cup, mix the lime juice and honey with a fork until combined.
Pour honey-lime dressing over the vegetables and toss until combined.

This mango jicama slaw will stay fresh in a refrigerator for up to 5 days.
