15ozcorncanned (drained), fresh, or frozen (thawed)

1Tbsplime juice1/2 of a lime
1/2tspsalt

Instructions
Start by heating the shelled, frozen edamame. Follow the instructions on the package. (We thawed them in the microwave for 5 minutes.)
Meanwhile, you can prep the rest of your salad. Wash your tomatoes and chop them into pieces. Add the tomatoes to the bowl.
Slice off the ends of the onion and peel off the outer shell. Then slice and dice the onion into small pieces. Add the onion to the bowl.
Drain the can of corn, then add the corn kernels to the bowl.
Pour 1/4 cup of olive oil into the measuring cup. Squeeze in one half of the lime juice. Use a fork to whisk the oil and juice together. Pour the dressing over the salad. Also add salt and pepper to taste.
Once the edamame is done, add it to the salad. Toss to mix everything together. Add any more seasonings as needed.
