chicken wings
skin-on, bone-in

lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay out the chicken wings on a cutting board or preparation area.
Microwave the butter until melted.
Using a pastry brush or spatula, lightly coat each wing in butter.
Add a sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning.
Flip the wings over to butter and season them again.
Lay them out, skin side up, on parchment-paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes, then remove from oven.

Notes
Use parchment paper so wings don't stick to baking sheet. Makes for much easier clean-up
Space the wings out as much as possible on baking sheet to ensure even cooking and browning
You can swap out the seasoning to make any flavor of chicken wings you love
