For potatoes that are tender and fluffy on the inside with a crispy outside, try this recipe for Fingerling Potatoes in the Air Fryer. Add your favorite seasoning for delicious potatoes!
Prep potatoes by washing them. There is no need to peel them, as the skin is thin and edible.
Place in medium-sized bowl and season. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle on salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Use a spoon to coat potatoes evenly in seasoning.
Add seasoned potatoes to air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, pausing halfway through cooking time to shake up potatoes. Simply hold basket by handle and shake potatoes inside.
Once potatoes are done cooking, lay out onto serving plate or bowl.

Cooking the potatoes in oil is completely optional, although it does make the skin crispier. You can use olive or any vegetable oil.
