This chopped Caprese salad is so colorful, full of flavor and refreshing! Made with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil leaves and tomatoes, it tastes amazing!
Tear the basil leaves into pieces and discard the stems.
In a cup, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and whisk with a fork to combine.
Put chopped tomatoes, mozzarella and basil in a bowl. Drizzle the oil and vinegar dressing over it. Mix everything until combined and coated with dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
