Parmesan Roasted Cabbage Wedges
These roasted cabbage wedges are amazing! You just can't go wrong with garlic and Parmesan! Perfect keto and low-carb side dish!

- 1 head cabbage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cabbage into wedges. Put cabbage wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Brush the cabbage wedges with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Put the baking sheet with cabbage wedges in the oven on a top shelf. Bake for 25 minutes.
