Teriyaki Chicken Skewers In The Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 pack Pre-seasoned, pre-marinated teriyaki chicken skewers store-bought, such as from Aldi
Instructions
- Open the package of pre-marinated teriyaki chicken skewers.
- Arrange the chicken skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Insert the air fryer basket into the air fryer.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 13 minutes.
- Halfway through the cooking time (about 6-7 minutes), carefully remove the air fryer basket and flip the skewers using tongs.
- Return the basket to the air fryer and continue cooking for the remaining time.
- When the air fryer is done, check the internal temperature of the chicken using an instant-read thermometer. It should read at least 165°F.
- If not fully cooked, return the skewers to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the skewers from the air fryer using tongs or by grabbing the wooden sticks. Be cautious as the air fryer and skewers may be hot.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked.
- If your packaged teriyaki chicken skewers are frozen, you can cook them straight from frozen! Just remove frozen chicken skewers from their packaging, put in air fryer and follow the same cooking instructions, just add 5 extra minutes to cooking time.
