This delicious and healthy breakfast is so easy! Sheet Pan Eggs is perfect for a brunch crowd or for batch prepping breakfast to enjoy all week long. Add in your favorite toppings!
1tspcooking sprayor vegetable oil or melted butter
12eggs
1/2cupred pepperchopped
1/3cupgreen onionschopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Then make sure your pan is prepped. You need a 11" x 17" sheet pan with shallow sides, so you can pour the egg mixture into it. Spray nonstick cooking spray liberally on the baking sheet so the egg doesn't stick while cooking.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them up.
Pour them into the sheet pan.
Sprinkle on toppings.
Carefully move to oven and bake for 15 minutes or until egg mixture is set in the middle.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Cut into squares to enjoy now or store in fridge for later. You can also use the egg squares as a breakfast sandwich filling. Yum!
