Ingredients
Bones from 1-2 rotisserie chickens
or 1-2 lbs beef or pork bones
2
celery stalks
quartered

onion
quartered

carrot
quartered
Water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Put bones, onion, celery and carrot in your Instant Pot. Add cold water to the "Max Fill" line.
Close the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the valve to Sealing position.
Select the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" option and set the time to 30 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release (QR) the remaining pressure.
Strain the bone broth through a fine-mesh collander (or simply remove the bones and vegetables with a slotted spoon).
Add the salt and pepper to taste.
