Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put the cauliflower florets in a gallon-size Ziploc bag. Add Buffalo sauce to the bag. Close the bag and shake until the cauliflower florets are fully coated with Buffalo sauce.
Put the Buffalo cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
