This easy Garlic Pork Stir-Fry features tender pork bites coated in a sticky honey garlic sauce. It is savory, slightly sweet, and easy to make in one skillet in less than 30 minutes. Serve this quick pork stir-fry with rice, noodles, vegetables, or your favorite side dish for a delicious weeknight dinner.
Place the pork pieces in a large mixing bowl. Add the cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the pork is evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
Add the pork to the hot skillet. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning the pieces so they brown on all sides and cook through. Cook the pork in batches when needed so the skillet does not become overcrowded.
Add the minced garlic, honey, chicken or beef stock, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir until all the pork pieces are covered with the sauce.
Let the sauce simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir occasionally until the sauce reduces slightly and becomes sticky.
Sprinkle the pork with chopped parsley, scallions, and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
Notes
Make sure the skillet is hot before adding the pork so the pieces brown instead of steam.
Avoid overcrowding the skillet. Cook the pork in batches for the best golden crust.
