French Toast Roll-Ups
These easy French Toast Roll-Ups combine soft cinnamon French toast with savory sausage links. Each roll-up is golden brown on the outside and warm and satisfying inside. Serve them with syrup for a fun, dunkable breakfast the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 10 slices bread
- 10 sausage links fully cooked
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp butter for greasing the pan
- 1/2 cup syrup for serving
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin or your hands. Cut off the crusts if desired.
- Place one cooked sausage link along the edge of each bread slice, then roll the bread tightly around the sausage.
- Add the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and flour to a shallow dish or blender.
- Whisk or blend the egg mixture until smooth and evenly combined.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and grease it with the butter.
- Dip each sausage roll-up into the egg mixture, turning it gently to coat every side.
- Place the coated roll-ups on the hot griddle and cook for several minutes, turning as needed, until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve the French Toast Roll-Ups warm with syrup for dipping.
Notes
- The egg mixture can be prepared up to one day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Freeze cooked roll-ups in a freezer-safe container and reheat them in the microwave, toaster oven, griddle, or air fryer.
