You'll need 6 silicone cups (standard size) that will fit in the air fryer basket.
Peel a banana and mash it with a fork in a medium-sized bowl.
Add liquid ingredients and whisk until combined.
Next add the dry ingredients: quick oats, cinnamon, and baking powder. Stir until batter is all mixed.
Add silicone cups to air fryer. Use a spoon to fill each one with the oatmeal batter.
Cook at 300 degrees for 18 minutes. Once cooking time is up, remove basket from air fryer and use oven mitts to place muffins on a serving plate.

These oatmeal cups are naturally sweetened with banana, but you can also add sugar to the recipe for additional sweetness. Try a couple Tablespoons of sugar all the way up to 1/4 cup.
