Greek yogurt
Instructions
Wash an apple. Slice pieces away from core. Discard core. Cut pieces of apple in half, so they fit in the blender cup.
Peel the banana. Break it into chunks and add the pieces to the blender.
Finish off by adding 2/3 of a cup of yogurt to the blender.
Close up blender cup and blend ingredients until smooth. This will take about 30 seconds.
Open up blender cup and pour smoothie into a glass to enjoy!

Notes
No need to peel the apple—the peel gets pureed in the blender. Plus, the peel is full of nutrients.
If ingredients get stuck while the smoothie is blending, just stop the blender and shake the cup to remix the ingredients.
Check that everything is smooth and blended before pouring smoothie drink into a glass.
