Air Fryer Trader Joe’s Vegetable Bird’s Nests
These crispy Trader Joe's Vegetable Bird's Nests are the perfect Asian-inspired tempura appetizer, made effortlessly in the air fryer! Cooked straight from frozen, they turn out beautifully golden brown and crunchy on the outside, with tender vegetables inside. Paired with the included savory dipping sauce, they make a quick and delicious snack or starter without any deep frying!

Ingredients
- 1 package Trader Joe’s Vegetable Bird’s Nests frozen, with dipping sauce packet
- Hot water enough to defrost sauce packet
Instructions
- Remove Vegetable Bird’s Nests and dipping sauce packet from the package.
- Set the sauce packet aside.
- Place the frozen Bird’s Nests in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Set air fryer to 400°F and cook for 6 minutes. No need to flip!
- While the Bird’s Nests are cooking, place the sauce packet in a bowl of hot water to defrost.
- Once cooking is done, use tongs to remove the crispy Bird’s Nests from the air fryer.
- Pour the defrosted sauce into a small bowl for dipping.
- Serve and enjoy your crunchy, flavorful tempura snack!

- No need to thaw the Bird’s Nests before air frying—cook straight from frozen.
