For an easy, healthy dinner, you'll love these Baked Chicken Tenders No Breading. They make a low-carb, keto-friendly meal and the chicken comes out perfectly seasoned, juicy and tender every time.
Next season the chicken tenders to prepare them for baking. Sprinkle on half of seasonings and a drizzle of olive oil. Rub seasonings in gently then flip chicken tenders over and repeat process on other side to season the tenders fully.
Lay out chicken tenders on a parchment lined baking sheet. Tenders should have 2-3" in between each one.
Bake for 20 mins, then check internal temperature. It should be at least 165 degrees. (If not, place back in oven to cook for another 5-10 mins or until done)
If chicken tenders are fully cooked, remove from oven and use spatula to move to serving plate.
