Season both sides of pork chops with seasoning and then place them in the instant pot with the water.
Close the lid making sure the valve is shut. Set to 10 minutes on high pressure.
After done cooking, use the quick release and allow steam to escape for 10 minutes. Open the Instant pot and remove the pork chops.
To make gravy: Whisk in 2 tbsp cornstarch. Press cancel on the IP and then sautee. Allow the sauce to come to a simmer. Once simmering, whisk until smooth and allow to cook for 1 minute until gravy is thickened. Press cancel and transfer gravy to a bowl.
