  • 1 bottle dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 2 cups seltzer water
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced and slightly mashed with a fork
  • 1/2 cup raspberries slightly mashed with a fork
  • 1/2 cup blackberries slightly mashed with a fork
  • 1 lime squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Erythritol or other low-carb sweetener


  • Put sliced strawberries, raspberries and blackberries in a pitcher.
  • Pour in red wine, vodka, seltzer water and lime juice.
  • Add sweetener and stir to dissolve. Add more sweetener to taste if needed.
