This air fryer butternut squash is amazing! So golden-brown and caramelized, it's roasted to perfection in 20 minutes! Super healthy and delicious!

  • 1 butternut squash peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Toss butternut squash cubes with olive oil and cinnamon and put in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 400F for 17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.


If you'd like extra sweetness, add 1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey to olive oil, then toss with squash before roasting.
