This spaghetti squash with meat sauce is amazing! It's so easy to make, healthy and low-carb, and uses just 4 simple ingredients and makes a complete dinner! You can make the meat sauce with ground beef or turkey, whichever you prefer!
Cut spaghetti squash in half and put in a large microwave-safe dish cut side down. Add 1/2 cup of water to the dish. Microwave spaghetti squash on High for 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain the water. Carefully scoop out and discard the seeds. Scoop out the spaghetti squash from the shells and separate into spaghetti-like strands with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste.
While spaghetti squash is cooking, brown ground meat in a frying pan until cooked through, then add salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta sauce to the frying pan and mix with cooked ground meat to make the meat sauce.
Put cooked spaghetti squash onto 4 serving plates, top with the meat sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
