milk
or coconut milk or almond milk

maple syrup or honey

vanilla extract

coconut flour

Instructions
Mash banana in a microwave-safe mug with a fork.
Add egg, milk, maple syrup and vanilla and whisk with a fork until combined.
Add coconut flour, cinnamon and baking powder and mix until combined.
Put the mug in a microwave and microwave on High for 3 minutes.
