These hazelnut chocolate truffles are actually good for you! They are raw, vegan, paleo and free from refined sugar! You'll want to eat these healthy hazelnut chocolate balls all day!
Put 1/4 cup of hazelnuts in a food processor bowl fitted with a steel blade. Pulse until the hazelnuts are chopped into small pieces (these chopped hazelnuts will be used for the outside coating of the truffles). Remove from the food processor and put on a plate.
Put the remaining 1 3/4 cups hazelnuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup and coconut oil in a food processor and process until the mixture is combined and forms a balls.
Roll the hazelnut chocolate mixture into balls and dip the balls in hazelnut crumbs.
